Rapt Studio partnered with Sunset Development to position a 585-acre California site as a desirable place to live, work, and grow.
The evolution of Bishop Ranch is reflective of the recent growth and migration patterns across the Bay Area.
The pandemic prompted individuals, couples, and families to reevaluate the space around them, including their access to the outdoors, proximity to their communities, and time spent commuting. As a singular place with countless offerings, Bishop Ranch is a response to their new needs.
“Momentum, Balance, Growth. This is Bishop Ranch.”
To develop and share the new message, Sunset Development — the family-owned group at the helm of Bishop Ranch — partnered with Rapt Studio. We started by defining the brand strategy: to cultivate a narrative of a place where ease meets ambition.
Once the strategic objective was set, we built a new identity system to support it. The system includes naming hierarchy, typography, copywriting, visual composition, graphic elements, photo art direction, a color palette, and a logo suite.
We employed this system to implement a new website, print campaign, refreshed social media presence, and suite of marketing materials that together get the word out.
Equipped with these assets, Bishop Ranch is well-positioned to catalyze its continued evolution into an active and ambitious community now and well into the future.
