The BLOC is one of the latest projects transforming the downtown Los Angeles area. The plaza has been around since the 70’s, but some still consider it to be the heartbeat of downtown.
The Ratkovich Company recently acquired the historic plaza in hopes of bringing it up to date. One look at the project renderings will show that this remodel will be a major part of DTLA’s revival. They’ve enlisted us to help them with multiple design components to be completed later this year.
