Eventbrite, the world’s largest self-service ticketing company and one of the best places to work in the Bay Area, wanted its new downtown San Francisco HQ to benefit from a happy, healthy environment that fostered collaboration and productivity. We were tasked with helping them achieve this vision through a fluid design plan and lots of natural light.

We populated the six and seventh floors at 155 5th Street with a wide range of work environments, which served to mirror the diversity of events serviced by Eventbrite. There are one-on-one rooms and quiet nooks that are smaller in scale and offer an intimate setting as well as large scale and lively spaces for group gatherings, such as a dynamic central café and stage with full A/V capabilities, and stadium seating areas.

As a global company with offices in Australia, the U.K., Ireland and Argentina, effective communication is paramount for Eventbrite. We outfitted every conference room with video chat capabilities and large flat panel displays to enable employees throughout the world to easily connect. Eventbrite’s diverse workforce also created a need for dedicated spaces, so we designed Zen-like rooms to support new mothers returning from maternity leave and an in-office bike storage alcove for cycling commuters.

Having moved in and out of several offices in the Bay Area to accommodate its rapid growth, Eventbrite is excited to have a permanent place to call home and welcome even more “Britelings”.
